This project was initiated by a client. I was responsible for the full design process, from research to final UI.

The Problem

A flat tire shouldn't feel like a crisis.

"Imagine getting a flat tire alone at night, far from a repair shop, with no idea where to go."

But for most people, finding a tire repairman during an emergency is stressful, time-consuming, and full of friction especially if you're far from a shop and don't know who to call.

No quick way to find help nearby

Users had to call around or ask strangers, no reliable, fast solution existed.

Existing apps require sign-up

Creating an account is the last thing you want to do when you're stranded.

No visibility into availability

Even if you found a mechanic, you had no idea if they were free or how far they were.

The Solution

Zero friction by design
no account, no barrier, just help.

No login required

Name + location is all it takes. Removed every barrier between problem and solution.

Nearest first

Mechanics sorted by distance, rating, and queue so users can decide in seconds.

Two roles, one app

Customer and mechanic experiences designed separately, clear, focused, no overlap.
